P.E. for Grown-Ups was founded by Max Cotton in 2018, a full time trainer and ex-professional athlete who worked previously in B2B sales. His team now deliver wellness talks, fitness classes, yoga and guided meditation sessions to global companies using video conferencing software.
With a degree in English from Nottingham University, Max also writes accessible wellness content for organisations around healthy living.

Max gave a really interesting and engaging talk which was relevant to employees with a wide range of levels of fitness. The talk had an easy to follow structure and fitted together well, including simple, practical and easy to implement tips. Max’s suggestions were backed up with practical experience and a clear explanation of the science to justify his advice. Max explained the link between physical health and mental wellbeing and how the two are interlinked, which is often forgotten, even with the recent increased awareness of mental wellbeing.
